A superior cottage consisting of a large kitchen/dining area and an even larger living space. It has three superior bedrooms each with their own dedicated bathroom and 2 bedrooms with feature free standing baths.

Ruby's Retreat

Two bedrooms with ensuites. Free standing baths and oak framed floor to ceiling windows. A stunning and individual converted barn with large open plan kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge set in the Yorkshire Wolds, just outside the City of York. Ruby's can be booked as a single property or it can form part of The Great Escape when booked with Ethel's Escape to accomodate up to 10 guests.

Two bedroom both with ensuite. Beautiful single story former milk dairy and calf rearing house. A very special romantic two bedroom cottage just outside the City of York. Clover Leaf Cottage is special to all of us. With open plan kitchen/dining/lounge this characterful barn can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

Ethel's Escape is the largest of our cottages and is wonderful when booked as a single property or it can form part of The Great Escape when booked together with Ruby's Retreat to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Five bedrooms. Five Bathrooms. Large dining table for 12 people. Large kitchen for ctarering for larger parties. A unique opportunity to host a group of up to 10 people, perfect for large family get aways, or group of friends. We are able to open up two cottages, Ethel's Escape and Ruby's Retreat, to create one large cottage which can accomodate up to 10 guests.
