Downstairs you’ll find a lovely spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area complete with hand crafted wooden table and electric stove with cosy flame effect. The two exquisite bedrooms are on the first floor, both of which are en suite. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king sized bed, a feature free standing double ended bath and a stunning oak framed floor to ceiling window and has an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a four poster king size bed and feature free standing double ended bath and en-suite shower room. It has a feature oak window with views across the countryside to the Yorkshire Wolds.

The stable door to the rear of the property leads out onto a private courtyard garden – perfect for enjoying an al fresco lunch in the summer months or pre dinner drinks.
