Clover Leaf Cottage is a beautiful two bedroom barn conversion set in the Yorkshire Wolds, just outside York. 

Originally the farm’s milk dairy and calf rearing house, the barn has been lovingly refurbished with a luxurious but comfortable touch.
Although the decor and furnishings are contemporary, the use of reclaimed exposed beams, Indian stone flooring and warm wooden accents throughout maintain the charm of the old building. 

The accommodation is all on the ground floor; you’ll find a lovely cottage kitchen complete with station clock, a spacious lounge area and two generous bedrooms. The master bedroom features a suptious king sized bed and has recently been altered to include an ensuite shower room. There is one step to access the shower room.   The twin bedroom is also en suite and has a beautiful hand-crafted Cartwheel window looking towards the church. The twin beds can be made into a fabulous super-king if required - please let us know at the time of booking. All of the bedrooms include an LCD TV.

To the rear of the property French doors lead out onto a curved courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining or a pre-dinner drink in the summer months, featuring a stained glass four leaf clover as the centrepiece.
